My Wallet requires a minimum operating balance of 3 Pounds You can top up your wallet at anytime with the requisite amount. Your wallet account services your online purchases, without returning to routine eCommerce payment procedures every time you buy!

The minimum operating balance for your online wallet account is 3 Pounds. If your balance falls below this amount, you will be requested to update your wallet before using the My Wallet service. Alternatively you can opt for a conventional credit card purchase.

My Wallet offers a cost-effective, convenient payment alternative for online purchases. Credit cards are unprofitable for sub-denominational purchases, as low transaction fees attract high processing costs. The introduction of ‘My Wallet’ makes small-volume purchases an affordable alternative.

Thus, one of the compelling advantages of using ‘My Wallet’, is that you substantially scale down your transacting costs at the eBookstore, as you do not have to interact with the Payment Gateway, every time you make a purchase. Instead, a purchase debit is activated on your wallet account and you move unimpeded to your next activity at the bookstore. You save on time and effort expended in repetitive payment procedures. This in turn leads to faster order fulfilment and access.

You can top up your wallet, at any time, using your credit card. The minimum wallet balance, stipulated for any transaction, is 3 Pounds. To credit your account :

1. Visit the ‘My Wallet’ link [next to ‘View Cart’] located on the top banner section of the eBookstore.
2. You will be asked to register/log in [if not yet registered/logged in] after which you will arrive at the ‘Update Your Wallet’ page.
3. Here, enter the amount you wish to credit your wallet with and click on ‘Checkout’. Your wallet balance is updated with the requisite sum.
